We had Power Home do replacement windows for our 20+ year old home. The Pella windows are amazing and a great addition to the home. Jesus, Danny and the team that worked on our house were on time, considerate and paid attention to the details so the whole installation went very smoothly. Power | Pella came by my house and offered to give me a quote to replace my windows (which looked awful previously). I didn't want to move forward at first, but after thinking about going through another Texas summer with old windows that were just letting the cool air from my AC out I decided it was best to bite the bullet and get it done with a quality product by a great company. My windows look fantastic, and I could immediately tell a difference in my office. On top of all the good things I noticed, it also gave me a great reason to update my blinds!

We enjoyed the entire process. It took us literally three visits to finally commit and make a sound decision that worked well for us financially but it’s now sealed and delivered. Our second visit was a bit lengthy and the sales rep could not read the room and see that we could not dedicate 4 hours of time to the presentation not to mention we had a newborn so we were extremely sleep deprived and impatient but our 3rd visit is what gave us the knowledge we desired. A young lady by the name of Jaz came by walked us through details, took measurements and offered us pricing. We negotiated a little on the terms and finally settled on the price. Fast forward a few months later a crew of guys arrived with our brand new windows at 10:30am and finished up around 3pm. They were courteous, professional and even respected our wishes for them to wear masks and shoe covers. We love the new look it’s given our home and we’re certainly looking forward to the energy costs savings and peace of mind for our little guy as he dreams away in his room without concerns of bacterial growth being on his windows.

Window are vinyl as only option (not a fan), but high quality and sturdy as far as vinyl windows go. Glass quality is excellent, thermal qualities perform as advertised. The windows also muffle outside noise as advertised. Installation was good except for gaps in spray foam insulation around the windows, some large (> 2'), leaving a 2mm interior plastic trim piece as your barrier to outside air. The installation team removed the trim and insulated properly when asked. Moral of the story is keep an eye on them. The sales and installation team were very nice. Be prepared for high pressure sales at every turn though. Price is comparable to Renewal by Anderson and Pella Impervia fiberglass windows (which we installed in other rooms and we're very happy with) so be sure to shop around. Make them give you maximum discounts (they won't do it unless you ask).

The Power company and their employees are professional and over all a delight to work with. They are right on time from the quoted time they are showing up to the time they are done. The work is grade A and out of all three jobs they did for us they left our house as clean as it was when they arrived. A project manager is there to insure the job it getting done properly and answer any questions or concerns you may have. The product they use is high quality and seamlessly installed into your home. Power has done our roof, windows and gutters and we have had no issues with anything. A big plus is there lifetime warranty that will be passed on to the next homeowner if decide to sell. Love the work that they have done and glade to have done business with them.

Great windows, super friendly sales team. Everything went smoothly with install and products have a lifetime warranty. Not a fan of their “buy now for a discount” policy but it seems to be industry standard.

The window quality is top notch as they use Pella windows, however, Power remodeling sells their service as the “premier option” and will leave your house as clean as they found it; “100% satisfaction guaranteed”. This unfortunately hasn’t been my family’s experience. The windows seem to be well installed, but the install crew left trash everywhere, multiple nicks on the drywall, and messy caulk job. I had to go to each window to clean dirty handprints left behind, take a bucket to pickup all the trash outside, and scrape caulking off the ground. When asked about the holes in the drywall, the install team offered to “fill it in with caulk”. This is not the correct solution, but I am sure it’s the only option the install crew has. The crew itself was very attentive and very nice, I have no issues with them! The issues I face I believe is an issue with the company rushing the crews, not with the workers themselves. The other major issue is I still haven’t had a visit by the quality team after install which is meant to go over warranty options, and how to start payment. So as of now, I have no clue how to even pay them, nor how to do a warranty claim. The original sales pitch also left a bad taste in my mouth. While the gentlemen was VERY kind, it was almost over the top. I enjoyed talking with him, but mentioned many times that I was ready to sign and no need for further sales pitch. However, he continued. In all, the sales man was at my home over 4 hours, last 11pm. Great dedication, but over the top.

Excellent! All four young men we worked with were gentlemen through and through: courteous, patient, professional. Working with them was such a pleasant experience that we look forward to having more work done on our home.

Installation of our new windows and door went smooth. Power was very respectful of our property and made sure to not leave any remains of the job laying around. Broken glass, wood pieces, old frames. They took it all. The new windows are everything we could have asked for. There was a defect on a few sashes and Power sent our replacements and installed them in no time. Highly recommend using them for your home remodels.

The initial introduction answered all of our questions with an immediate quote. All interactions with the various reps and install workers were pleasant and at the end of the day, new gutters!

Lexus, our sales rep was great. She was very informative, professional and friendly. The installation crews were efficient and professional as well. All of the work was done well and in a timely manner. Our only complaint was that we ordered a Peep hole in our new door but it was not installed when the door arrived.
