William Pietri, owner and operator, has been in the pool industry for little over 20 years. He just recently opened Pietri Perfect Pools to service Austin and most surrounding areas. Maintenance rates- $30-55 per service based on size (gallons), features (waterfalls, etc), as well as density and type of foliage surrounding pool area. (Ex: A 50,000 gallon pool with no features can have a lower service rate than 20,000 gallon pool with waterfall and negative edge features) All customers will be priced individually. Chemicals that may be required to maintain water balance (e.g. Acid, chlorine, salt, stain removers, etc) are NOT included in the maintenance rate and will be itemized on each months statement. Customers are welcome to purchase their own chemicals, however Pietri Perfect Pools will NOT be liable for any damages that may arise from improper chemical storage. Maintenance Billing: Pools will be serviced once weekly, pools not maintained within this timeframe shall be credited for service that week. Billing cycle will run from the 21st-20th of every month. Statements will be mailed no later than the 24th. Payments are due no later than the 12th. A $20 late fee will be added to the following billing statement for all payments postmarked/received after the 12th. There will also be a $25 returned check fee. Repair Rates: Repair work will be done at a rate of $75 per labor hour. Repairs will be estimated before work begins. Once quoted the amount of labor hours will not change, however there may be a need for additional parts. Costs associated with parts required are the responsibility of the customer. All labor comes with a 6 month warrantee. Additional parts cost NOT associated with the original repair are also the responsibility of the customer. Repair Billing: All repair invoices lower than $300 shall be paid upon completion of work. For repair invoices above $300 half of the estimated price must be paid up front, with the remaining balance to be paid upon completion.
