Peace Frog technicians did an excellent job. They were professional, thorough, and very respectful of my home. They were here when they said they would be. I asked questions about cleaning some other items and received on-the-spot estimates, but no hard attempts to upsell. I've had great communication with the company. I will definitely call them again.

I used Peace Frog before and I am always more than satisfied with the service. From making an appointment to getting the service, everyone is professional, helpful and friendly. Steve cleaned my rugs and tile and was able to treat some stains on the carpet with great results. All the furniture was removed and replaced with care. If you want excellent service try Peace Frog.

My experience with Peace Frog was outstanding from beginning to end! Leah was courteous and friendly and thorough when I made the appointment, and especially so when it was necessary to postpone the service. Herles arrived promptly, full of good cheer and eager to go to work. He managed to make carpet and furniture look new again! And most importantly, he laughed at this old lady's "jokes"!

Everyone from the person answering the phone to the people who showed up at the door showed great attention to providing excellent service. The scheduler made it seem easy to accommodate my needs. The clearing crew was polite and efficient. The team leader provided detailed information on other services they offered when I asked, but he didn't try to do a hard sell on service add-ons. During the cleaning, I was given the opportunity to inspect the work being completed. The technicians appeared to take pride in the work they were doing. They were professional. As I asked about their other services, I was offered the opportunity to have the added service completed at that time rather than schedule another visit. They didn't seemed rushed and made every effort to address the homeowner needs. And - Peace Frog sent a thank you card within a week of providing the service. It was nice to be acknowledged as a consumer who gets to make a choice of service providers. I had never heard of Peace Frog before becoming a member of Angie's List. What caught my eye was the company name (I'm a child of the 60's and the Peace Frog is cute), AND the company had excellent reviews. So, I tried them and now will continue to use them.

Scheduling an appointment over the phone was a pleasant experience, and I appreciate the detailed invoice that was emailed in advance (no surprises on cost). I received a friendly call from the office 30 minutes before the service provider, John, arrived. He was prompt, friendly, and worked quickly. The carpet looks great!
