They were easy to get ahold of and make an appointment. He showed up on time, and was very knowledgeable. He walked me through each step so I understood options and prices. I was very relieved he was able to get the stains in my white chairs out. I would definitely reccomend Peace Frog.

Trayvon and Walker, the techs, were very professional and efficient. The carpets look great even though there were some tough stains that didn’t come completely out but look a whole lot better. They were very pleasant and a pleasure to work with.

From beginning to end, Peace Frog provided friendly and knowledgeable service. The tech, John, was really nice and made sure the space around the carpet was kept clean as well as providing a great carpet cleaning service. We will definitely use them again for our carpet needs.

The entire process was fantastic. From the moment I called I knew I would be taken good care of, and I was. Everyone was so polite and communicated really well. I was told exactly what would happen, from the confirmation email immediately after I booked the job to the appointment itself, and everything happened just as described. And the technician Martin was wonderful--he was on time, very friendly, communicated well, and did a terrific job. He was unable to get some stains out of my carpet that had been there for years, but he'd mentioned this ahead of time before he started the work--while I'd hoped he could perform a miracle, I honestly figured the stains wouldn't come out, as the carpet was a mess due to someone previously using the room as an office and never, ever cleaning it. I would hire these guys again without hesitation.

I got the price quote (used a coupon from their website) and set a date and time for the tile cleaning. I received a phone call 30 mins ahead of Jason's arrival to let me know he was on his way. He showed up on time, moved the furniture, cleaned the tile, set up the fans to help it dry faster. He was polite, friendly , fast and professional. Tile looks great now. The next time I need tile to be cleaned I will call Peace Frog again.

Perfect. Jacob and Walker were prompt, courteous and professional. Our dryer vent is difficult to clean. You have to climb in the attic to attack it. They did a great job! We would definitely recommend Peace Frog.

It went very well. The man hired for the job explained things well, did a good job of keeping my laundry room clean from all lint, as well as the outside of the house. He showed me how the vent looked inside after cleaning it and my dryer dries much faster now. I liked his work. Of course I would love to see the cost down a little bit, but I do like the work they did!
