They carpet wasn't cleaned very well. It didn't look very nice a while later and we had to get it cleaned again. The people were very nice but the cleaning process was terrible.

Great. Four bedrooms, an area rug, big hallway and stairs. We have two good sized dogs, so lots of traffic...and HAIR! Very pleased with outcome.

I had Peace Frog a couple years ago and in between I hired another company though Amazon? or Groupon? I don't remember. I erase negative memories when I can. I told Peace Frog today I will never stray again. Mike came on time, 30 min notice of arrival during the window scheduled. He was very pleasant, professional, remeasured the square footage of the space involved as I added a bathroom as well as four wool carpet runners. He gave me the price for the service and then started. He worked on areas as he went leaving a dryer once he finished and moved to a new section. The whole process took approximately two and a half hours and the house is clean and dry and spotless. I gave the price an A rating as it mattered not to me once I'd experienced a very bad service. I will return to Peace Frog Cedar Park every time.

Jason from Peace Frog did an excellent job with steam cleaning our sofa and chairs. He checked before starting to ensure that the material of the furniture was compatable with their cleaning solutions. Both he and the woman making the appoinment were freindly and personable and they followed up to make sure I was happy with their work. I am not only enjoyinng a nice clean sofa but also the Peace Frog coffee mug they left.

The representatives who did the work were professional and friendly. They wore booties and used corner guards. The office followed up afterwards to make sure we were happy. The carpet looks nice and clean and there is no pet smell at all.

Jason arrived right in the middle of the time frame given. He completed the job in just under an hour, as he predicted, and the carpets look brand new. The area rug is right at the front door. It had become very dull and brown-ish. Now the design and colors are clearly visible and I remember why I loved it in the first place. Before Jason left, I asked him about the state of the tile floors in the house. When we moved into this house a year ago, we inherited tile grout that refuses to remember its original light color.. Jason brought in some equipment to demonstrate how it could be cleaned up and we discussed the alternative which is to replace and seal the grout. We'll probably do that down the road. Peace Frog also cleaned our carpets in our previous house. They did a great job but I was especially impressed when the large area rug although beautifully clean, remained a bit wavy on the edges. They went the extra mile to make it right again. I was so impressed with their devotion to customer service.

Amazing! These guys were on time, very polite, and very friendly. They noticed I was throwing out a rug with pet stains that I didn't think could be removed. They offered to clean it and did a great job, so I didn't have to toss a 2-year old $700 rug. They also cleaned a wool sofa (one my dog LOVES to sit on all day) and a synthetic sofa. Lastly, they made sure there was nothing toxic in the cleaning, since I'm pregnant. Best service ever!
