Robert was meticulous and took pride in his work .He did an excellent job. I would use him again in a minute and would highly recommend his services.

They are an “A”.  He is really good.  I got a quality service.  They are not expensive and he is very meticulous.  He did everything and talked to the roofer to coordinate things.

Experience was great from start to finish. Oby's was responsive by phone and easy to coordinate with. We weren't sure of the exact time the seller of our new range was going to deliver it, but Oby's was understanding about that and was very flexible. Our range wound up arriving earlier than expected, and Robert was able to come install it on short notice just an hour or so after we got it. He was meticulous in his work, being careful to protect our floors, checking to make sure the range was level, cleaning up after himself, checking the burners and oven functions to make sure everything was working properly before he left, etc. He installed the anti-tip brackets according to code. He was friendly, professional, and did not seem to be in a hurry, despite charging a flat rate for the job. He answered a few of our questions about other appliance issues in the kitchen and seemed very knowledgeable. We will likely use Robert again to install other appliances in the future.

It went amazingly well. Oby is the classic Get It Done Correctly kind of person. He is clearly meticulous and intelligent. So he came over as soon as they could squeeze us into his busy schedule, and got to work immediately undoing and then redoing to perfection our earlier appliance installer's mistakes.
I wish we had used him the first time, because I would rather have someone who costs a little more but does their work in careful precision than get the sloppy corner cutting mess we got with the installers we used before.
I did not realize that when you plan to buy appliances, bring Oby's phone number along with you - he can pick up and deliver the appliances to you from any appliance store other than Home Depot/Lowe's, and will install them the right way instead of the quick and careless one. Now I know, and I hope you do too. : )

Professional, reasonable priced, responsive to scheduling, locally owned/operated and Oby's provides a unique, valuable service of appliance installation. I highly recommend Mr. Robert Oberkrom, whom was personable, fast and helpful. Our refrigerator is 3 months old and we recently moved into a new home only to discover that we needed the doors taken off the fridge, so that it could be moved through the kitchen doorways to fit in its space. This was a difficult service to find because companies either repair OR install new appliances, not disassemble/move/reassemble. I called countless Angie's List appliance repair providers and Home Depot (where we bought the fridge) and was told and quot;we don't do that service.and quot; Desperately, I even requested that a company send both a repair tech and an install tech for the same hour or two to perform my needed service and was refused.



Oby's Appliance Installation was exactly the service we needed and they provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also, I was told that if I order appliances online and they are shipped to my home, then Oby's will install and haul boxes away. I will definitely used Oby's when I upgrade all my appliances.
