We had a leak from one floor to the next and I was panicked when I contacted them. I feel lucky to have hired this company. Steven from Mr.Rooter and his assistant Joseph were thorough, clean, communicative, and professional. Steven told me exactly what the problem could be (2-3 things), what I was looking at in repairs, and the approximate cost. After his evaluation of our problem he found it to be much a more simple fix than it could have been, potentially saving us hundreds of dollars in tear out and tile repair. I trust him completely and will call him for any repair I have.
