Description of Work: This provider did absolutely nothing. I sent an email requesting an appointment, specifically for xeriscaping; it took a couple weeks for 'Jodi' to get back with me (via email) giving me two days and times to choose from. I immediately responded but never got a confirmation email. The day before the date I chose, I sent a confirming email but never got a response. The day I chose came and went with a no-call-no-show. Guess business is just overwhelming in Austin right now....

Description of Work: They were very nice but pretty expensive for the things I needed done.

Description of Work: Never received a return call, so they never had the opportunity to win my business. I understand the desire to remain small but close yourself to new business if you're not going to return calls to prospective customers. Judging from other reviews, I'm not the only customer with this experience.

Description of Work: I sent messages on two separate occasions (July & January) requesting contact for an estimate and this provider never responded to either request.

Description of Work: I contacted Jodi in mid March and told her that I got her name from the Angie's List. I need some help in establishing some landscape in my front and back yard. Since her schedule was so full that we had to wait for three weeks to have the first appointment in early April. I decided to wait since I read the good recommendation about her from the Angie's List. On the appointment day, about one hour before the appointment time, Jodi called and said she could not make it because she had to go to a job site unexpectedly and asked to reschedule to the next day.or two. So we rescheduled for another day in that week. I had to take time off from work to meet her that day. But she did not show up. I called her and left a message. She called me back about an hour later. She told me that she was on the way to the emergency room to take care of an injury accident of her workers and would call me back by the end of the day. She did not call by the end of that day. I called her back and left several messages in the next two or three days. The last message I left was to ask her to give me a call even if she was not interested in the job but just let me know. Jodi never called me back. Now I am thinking back and glad that I did not do business with her since she is so irresponsible and does not even bother to return a call to her customer after many messages. My experience seems inconsistent with other good comments about her on the Angie's List. I just hope everything is okay with her and she may have a good explanation of what happened.

Description of Work: I still need some landscaping services for my frontyard and both backyards. I recently had the foundation, drainage and plumbing leaks fixed at my duplex and was left with a landscaping to do. I am very disappointed in the kind of service I received from Jodi from Morningside. This was the second company I called for an estimate and never heard back from. Personal things can happen, but at least give your clients the curtesy to let them know that you don't want to take over the project. Communication is one thing I thought is very necessary when running a business. I hope others don't have to have this kind of experience with this company, it's annoying.
