"We are always unhappy when our standard of service falls short for one of our customers as it apparently did for [Members Name]. [Members Name] is correct with regard to employee turnover as we were greatly affected by employee shortages as the recession ended and employee turnover escalated. However, that challenge is abating now and our workforce has stabilized. We cannot find the cases of breakage or damage that she mentions, but our policy is to promptly remedy any situations where we cause damage. Independent surveys of our over 7,000 active customers indicate overwhelming satisfaction with both our cleaning service and customer service, but we know we are not perfect in every case which is why we always welcome the opportunity to talk with customers and resolve problems as they occur.
