The ladies did an ok job. It was not spectacular. They missed many things. They broke a wine glass, no big deal it happens but did not clean up all the glass. For the cost it was not worth it.

A Molly Maid consultant was sent to the house to do a walkthrough and get a good idea of what would be necessary in terms of service. Very professional and punctual. Went over in great detail what the service would and would not include and were very flexible about the scheduling. I felt very well taken care of.

The first representative for quote arrived on time and took notes on what we needed. She was very professional and nice and gave a quote for cleaning services before she left. They had a team that could work on the day each week we needed. On first cleaning, The team arrived within their window. They sent a text that they were on their way. They left the house very clean.

They're very professional, but the only complaint I have is that they really don't speak English, but they do a good job and I don't feel like I have to watch them or worry while they're here.

However, with the severe shortage of people right now, that has not always been possible. We do have several people in our office who are available to translate for you if you get in a situation where you really need to give instructions to our maids. Molly Maid has really just done an "okay" job for us. They repeatedly showed up hours before the scheduled window without notice (despite this being the explicitly instruction) or at the very end of the scheduled window; since we had dogs and a newborn at home, it was extremely inconvenient. The house never smelled fresh after cleanings as I'm accustomed to with prior services and I can only conclude it is because they used the cleaning products I had behind closed doors for spot cleanings (I never requested they use my products). Repeatedly they failed to vacuum along the carpet edges and under couch cushions, nor did they do thorough cleanings on showers and faucets which lead to mildew and buildup. Overall, just not worth the money I'm paying.

When our cleaning is not up to your expectations, please take advantage of our guarantee and let us come re-clean the areas of concern. That will trigger some retraining on our part and the knowledge of where we might not be performing up to expectations helps us to do better in the future. When I first signed with Molly Maids they did great. Over time they do less and less cleaning. The cupboards don't get polished, the floor is till dirty when they leave. They miss many areas when cleaning.

I have used Molly Maids for a monthly housecleaning service for many years. Although the quality can vary somewhat, the cleaning always meets my needs for a monthly service - the floors, bathrooms, kitchen are always cleaned well, and a superficial dusting is adequate. I have not used them for any deep cleaning. I would and have recommended their services to others. Very reliable and accommodating.
