I have only the highest praise for his firm. The people who clean my house do a super job, are prompt and professional They are fast and efficient, but attentive to detail. The office staff have been wonderful to work with, as well. Very accommodating if a schedule must be changed.

I really like my regular team and they are pretty competitive. They usually do a very good job but the only complaint I have is sometimes and I try to change my schedules, their ladies reschedule like any business. And if I need to cancel my regular schedule for some reason or reschedule, my ladies aren't always available. That's understandable but i get a different crew.

I have employed this company for the past 7 years and have had a few mishaps in the past.  They have broken items in my home and no replacement or financial compensation offered.  In general the cleaning was okay, not great.  I like consistent people coming to my home, not someone new every week, and this was the situation for the most part over the last few years.   But,  recently, past six months, I have had new staff each week, not showing up on time, poor cleaning standard.  I have given this company many chances to make good on their promises, but I have unfortunately cancelled their service as of today.  Their unprofessional attitude and inability to communicate is unacceptable.

[Members Name] is correct with regard to employee turnover as we were greatly affected by employee shortages as the recession ended and employee turnover escalated. However, that challenge is abating now and our workforce has stabilized. We cannot find the cases of breakage or damage that she mentions, but our policy is to promptly remedy any situations where we cause damage. Independent surveys of our over 7,000 active customers indicate overwhelming satisfaction with both our cleaning service and customer service, but we know we are not perfect in every case which is why we always welcome the opportunity to talk with customers and resolve problems as they occur. Even though [Members Name] is no longer a customer, we would be happy to resolve any situations where she believes we have fallen short. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority - period!"

We have been using Molly Maids for over 4 months now.  It was a little unsatisfactory in the beginning, however, they changed the cleaning team and the service is EXCELLENT.  We now have, what we like to call, the 'A' Team, and these two ladies do an OUTSTANDING job.  Everything SPARKLES, never have to walk around and check up on them, simply PERFECT.  They even fold the toilet roll and paper-towel roll around like they do in the motels.  The 'A' Team is always arrive on time, and they are finished when they promise.

There was a miscommunication about the time of the first clean. I called 3 times, finally they sent 2 Spanish speaking women who arrived at 4:45 pm and cleaned until 7:30 pm. Upon review Molly Maid had to send another crew the next day to complete the job successfully. The Customer Service Agents were anxious to apologize several times but the first impression was dismal. The 2 women they sent were probably exhausted from working all day. Why would a first impression to a new customer be to send a crew at 4:45pm when they were told specifically that the time was not conducive to our schedule as well as Spanish speaking when I was assured at the time the job was quoted at least one of the two crew members would be able to communicate with me. I waited from noon till 4:45 before the crew arrived at the house. It was uncomfortable not to be able to communicate with the women who were trying their very best to do a good job. I had to have someone interpret via phone about a certain product I wanted used on our granite. The floors were dirty when they left as the mop water was never changed.  I don't find it necessary to continue the details of our negative experience. My opinion is that the Austin Market is very competitive. This service appears  to promise much and apologize when they don't deliver. I was offered a "free" oven clean for my inconvenience but I really just wanted my condo cleaned without such huge effort to make it happen successfully. Just not a good fit for me.

The company responded immediately by phone to my internet inquiry. Although the ad on Angie's list states that the service includes Coupland and Williamson county, the person on the phone informed me that they did not drive as far as Coupland from Austin and that their services were not available in the Coupland area. At that point I told them that the company should remove the statement that they serve Coupland and Williamson county from their ad. They did not say that they would do that and hung up.I stI

It might be worth noting that we do now service Coupland."
