About us
Founded in 1999, Meridian Solar has designed and installed solar electric systems for over a decade. We've completed hundreds of projects ranging from 1 kW to two of the largest installations in Texas. Specializing in commercial, government & residential installations, some of our clients include H-E-B, IBM, Duke University, REI, Austin Energy, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the State of Texas, the University of Texas, Texas Parks and Wildlife, Stratus Properties and Willie Nelson. Meridian's solar staff of over 40 employees includes more NABCEP® Certified Installers than any other Texas company. We do not subcontract out our work. We are a Texas based company with offices in Austin, Dallas-Ft. Worth and San Antonio. We are passionate about our profession and believe deeply in the promise of solar energy.
