We specialize in home improvement including roofing, siding, windows, doors and radiant barriers, as well as installation and repair of shingles, gutter, and exterior painting. We will contact you quickly, meet with you personally and discuss your needs to make the best decision for your project. The individuals that we send to your home are Service Professionals. All of our Service Professionals work in certain locations around the city. Working by area allows them to always be close to your current home project for any need that should arise. Our Service Professionals are involved in each project from start to finish. The person that estimates your project is the same person who arranges the material delivery. He is also the same person that hand-picks the crew for your job and interacts with them throughout the process of performing your job. The Service Professional is responsible for checking that the project meets the result promised you by him in the initial appointment. They are not just salesmen; they are in charge of guaranteeing your satisfaction with our service. Finally, upon completion of your home improvement project, the owner of our company, Doug Moncure makes a personal phone call to follow-up on our work and ensure that you’re satisfied.

"Thanks for the review. I agree with you that this crew were "metal artist". This crew actually put the roof on my house, I have the same brown metal color. There is no way to install one of these roofs without some minor scratches. These scratches are not visible from the ground. They are a normal part of installation. I did speak with Mike Russell about your job and he said that the only thing left unresolved was our commitment to come back out and apply a little touch up paint. The manufacturer of the metal makes the touch up paint for this reason. The only reason we have not done that is because it has been raining almost every day the last two weeks and we need it to be dry. I will follow up with him to make sure that this gets done. "I apologize for our representative missing this appointment. Our representative did admit that he missed this appointment. He wrote the appointment in the wrong day. He has been with our company for three years and he does not have a history of this kind of thing. He did realize that he missed the appointment the very next day. When he realized this he tried to contact you and when he could not he drove to your house to see if he could catch you and get the estimate to you. When he could not he emailed the estimate and discounted the price significantly to try to make some amends. We hope you got a great company to help you.
