We specialize in home improvement including roofing, siding, windows, doors and radiant barriers, as well as installation and repair of shingles, gutter, and exterior painting. We will contact you quickly, meet with you personally and discuss your needs to make the best decision for your project. The individuals that we send to your home are Service Professionals. All of our Service Professionals work in certain locations around the city. Working by area allows them to always be close to your current home project for any need that should arise. Our Service Professionals are involved in each project from start to finish. The person that estimates your project is the same person who arranges the material delivery. He is also the same person that hand-picks the crew for your job and interacts with them throughout the process of performing your job. The Service Professional is responsible for checking that the project meets the result promised you by him in the initial appointment. They are not just salesmen; they are in charge of guaranteeing your satisfaction with our service. Finally, upon completion of your home improvement project, the owner of our company, Doug Moncure makes a personal phone call to follow-up on our work and ensure that you’re satisfied.

I had a leak in my guest room closet that another company tried four times to fix. I finally told them not to come back and hired M&M Roofing to do the job. They were extremely knowledgeable, fair, and got my work scheduled quickly. After it was completed, I had three different people follow up with me to make sure I was happy. Even more importantly, after over a week of rain I can finally say the roof is fixed. I will definitely call them again the next time I need work on my roof.

Have been desperately trying to get this company to first start the project and now finish the project since JULY 5, 2016! It has been problem and excuse after another after another after another! No communication and if you call the main office they treat you like an idiot! I have asked to talk to a supervisor or owner and that has never happened. They did not do a proper invoice for insurance company. They ordered the wrong color shingles which I refused delivery on and argued with me on them. Not sorry or we'll get the right ones but it must be my eyesight or that I have realize shingles fade. Or too bad if your house doesn't match your garage! Finally I got delivery people to tell them also the shingles did not match and what was needed. They still haven't provided me an invoice showing any price difference for the different shingles. They did not take care in tossing shingles off the roof and they did not clean up after the roof was done as per the invoice. Seriously I don't know how these people stay in business. It is not worth the frustration to hire this company! I STILL waiting on the gutters! And I'm not paying a darn penny to them until I get all the proper paperwork!

I messaged them for an appointment, and they sent me a notice a day later saying that their specified agent would be contacting me shortly to set up an appointment. Two days passed, so I emailed the email address they gave me. I never heard anything back.

Had an appointment they were No call/ No show!! a week later they show for an estimate (Todd Cantu) said my estimate would be ready in a few days; but he NEVER called ever again. Very unprofessional.

Would DEFINITELY not recommend this company. New roof replaced old one. After they were through, now there's water leakage around the fireplace and mold appearing around the kitchen area. Never had an issue with either, before. Very poor follow-thru...will tell you they'll be there on a certain day/time, then not show-up, nor call to reschedule. Made a BIG mistake hiring this company...

I saw the other reviews on Angie's list about M&M Roofing not calling back. I also saw the company's responses and was hopeful that the issue had been resolved. Based on my experience, the issue has not been resolved. I called on a Sunday. When I had not hear back, I called again on Wed incase something had happened to their phone system over the weekend. The receptionist said she did not receive the voice mail I left on Sunday. The receptionist was a bit rude tried to make it sound like it was my fault they had not called back. Despite this, I tried again and she told me someone would call about the estimate. No one has called. The other two companies that I contacted the same Sunday have already called back, scheduled visits, and submitted estimates. I decided to go with one of the other companies.

"Thanks for the review. I agree with you that this crew were "metal artist". This crew actually put the roof on my house, I have the same brown metal color. There is no way to install one of these roofs without some minor scratches. These scratches are not visible from the ground. They are a normal part of installation. I did speak with Mike Russell about your job and he said that the only thing left unresolved was our commitment to come back out and apply a little touch up paint. The manufacturer of the metal makes the touch up paint for this reason. The only reason we have not done that is because it has been raining almost every day the last two weeks and we need it to be dry. I will follow up with him to make sure that this gets done. They scheduled an appointment with me for Monday at noon, but nobody showed up or called to notify me of a cancellation. Consequently, my impression of M&M is that they are unprofessional. I do not wish to do business with a company that is not considerate of my time and cannot keep their appointments.

"I apologize for our representative missing this appointment. Our representative did admit that he missed this appointment. He wrote the appointment in the wrong day. He has been with our company for three years and he does not have a history of this kind of thing. He did realize that he missed the appointment the very next day. When he realized this he tried to contact you and when he could not he drove to your house to see if he could catch you and get the estimate to you. When he could not he emailed the estimate and discounted the price significantly to try to make some amends. We hope you got a great company to help you.
