Magic Touch Carpet Cleaning

Provider did show up on time, but was unable to clean our area rugs through the Angie's List deal even though I let them know we had area rugs before making the appt. One of these deals should have already been refunded, as I accidentally ordered 2.

They did the job fine. I was surprised though that I was charged $30.00 extra for a dog stain.

They cleaned our whole house for a move out.  There were a few pet stains that didn’t come out, even though we paid extra for those spots.  Overall the carpet was clean and it smelled good, though.

Magic Touch did a wonderful job!  They showed up on time, reviewed the job with me, and got to work.  They were quick, thorough and did very good work.

It went very well. I found them through a deal on Angie's List - I paid a little extra for the stain removal, but it was still well worth it. Carpets were left clean, and good-smelling! I didn't think that anyone could get all the pet stains out, but they did. The crew was efficient, courteous and professional. I'd definitely use them again.

It went pretty well. They did a nice job. There was only one thing that I was disappointed about and that was that I didn't realize that they wouldn't be cleaning under the beds. We rearranged one of the beds the next day and there were spots under the bed. But other than that they did a great job.

They did a fabulous cleaning job on our carpets.  Even got splattered paint off the carpet!  Would like to give them a go on our tile floors in the future.

We were very pleased. They did it on Monday the 28th of this month and we didn't spend more than the coupon cost. They cleaned the carpets in 8 rooms in our house and they were very professional, polite and very quick. They got the carpets cleaned and they're probably 12 years old. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I was very impressed from the beginning.  They worked with my schedule, came exactly at the expected time, called 30 minutes before arrival and then did a thorough appraisal of the carpet.  The carpet is very light in color and I have two Labs and two cats.  There were a number of bad pet stains.  I did pay extra for the work they had to do on the pet stains, but it was worth every dollar. 
The carpet is 17 years old and when they were done, it almost looked like brand new.  The had to work particularly hard to get the general grayness and the pet stains out.  They were extremely professional and made sure I understood what they were doing and had to do in order to get the carpets clean.  Magic Touch CarpetCleaning managed to get the carpets looking almost new.  I knew not to expect miracles, but they came very close to eliminating stains.  When they left, I was told they use three times as much water as they would normally need to get my carpets cleaned.
They moved furniture, such as couches and large chairs, and a dining room table.  They protected all the furniture during the process and protected it from damp carpets after they were done.
I was extremely pleased.

I called to schedule the appointment and they answered on the first call. The guy I spoke with was professional and very helpful.
We discussed that I found them on Angie's List and mentioned the 3 rooms for $99. They penciled me in for a few days later.
I called back the morning before they were scheduled to come out and asked if we could sub 2 of the rooms for a tile cleaning in my Kitchen and breakfast nook. He said he understood that sometimes the deals don't always fit the needs of customers and was happy to make it work.
His guys called 30 minutes in advanced, just like he stated they would.
They were courteous while they were here. They moved all of the big furniture for me. They worked quickly and I felt comfortable with them, while they were here.
All in all, I was/am very happy with the service. I felt like I got a good deal, they were on-time, and they modified their deal to fit my needs. Great company. I'll be using them for my semi-annual cleanings going forward.
You should hire these guys!

Great job; will definitely use them again.  Appreciated that they did not try to sell me services other than what I requested (unlike other carpet cleaning companies).

Magic Touch was great.  They were always on-time, always courteous, and did the work with great attention to detail and professionalism.  I would highly recommend!

Very Very happy with the service. They showed up on time, went right to work, and finished in a very reasonable time frame. Got rid of several spots that we could not get out. carpets looked great! All rooms were left in very good shape, even after moving furniture around to complete the cleaning. Came back a week later a no charge to treat a couple of spots that had re-emerged.
We will definitely use Magic Touch in the future.

In response to Magic Touch Carpet Cleaning's Big Deal offer on Angie's List this month, I took the opportunity to arrange for the light-colored carpeting at my daughter's house to be cleaned.  This was a big, big job -- 4 young boys in the house -- which Magic Touch made seem incredibly, wonderfully easy.  They moved furnishings as needed, made grime and stains disappear,  thoroughly cleaning each room from edge to edge.
     They did suggest Scotchguard as an after-treatment for some areas, costing an additional $8 per room, but exercised no least bit of sales pressure.  My daughter decided that, for such a good price, she wanted to have 2 areas treated.  Unbelievably, and with her permission, they then added in the staircase . . . at no charge whatsoever.  Wow!
     These people are knowledgeable and active in providing excellent and very professional home service.  My daughter thinks she should be able to add another 5 stars to my own 5-Star rating.  All I can say to that is:   Highly Recommended.

All I can said that the carpets looked better then when I bought the house in 2010 and moved  in.  The provider did an absolutely fantastic job.

The work was beautifully done and the professionalism of the service men was outstanding.

Monty and Jason came promptly at the appointment time.  I was called 30 minutes "out", so I would know they were on their way.
Very good communication, a professional job.  Furniture was moved to clean the carpet, under chairs, ottomans, couches, etc.  Everything was back in place when they finished.  The technitions offered to come back, at no charge, if an area needed additional attention.
I was pleased with their work and would schedule them again.

I purchased this through an Angie's List deal.  We worked out the date and time online.  They arrived promptly, did the work and didn't try to sell me carpet protection that I didn't need.  I appreciated that.

Magic Touch did an excellent job. I was not sure if all of the stains would come out of the carpet but they did. I bought the service Wednesday morning and was contacted within a couple of hours about scheduling the service. I would highly recommend Magic Touch Carpet Cleaning.
