"Dear Member, Thank you for your consideration. Summer, August in particular (30th, Labor Day holiday weekend), is our busiest time where we receive on average up to 80-100 calls a day. I am sorry if we were unable to return your call. Frankly, I wish you would have also emailed or used Angie's List as well to communicate. An answering machine's messages are not tracked or searchable and I cannot locate you nor your message. We always make every effort to return every call and the reply to the hundreds of emails every week even if were fully booked, as a courtesy. We would have loved to earn your business. I wish you would call or email me back as I have neither record of your call nor any way to contact you. I found a listing with your name on the White Pages with a phone numbers ending in x8875, x1547, x4757. I tried calling each of these numbers to reach out and apologize but they were all disconnected. This is my formal apology as I have no other forum or way to reach you. "Dear Member, during the height of our moving company's busiest month, we attempt to return every phone call and email in a timely manner. We also request in our message that if you are unable to reach us and its an urgent matter, that you email as well. Frankly, I do not see an email, but I will check back through the voice messages again and attempt to find yours to call and follow-up personally. We are a professional moving company with great reviews and indeed we are grateful to have so many people call and email each day. On average for our busy season, it is quite common to receive calls every 2 minutes from both of our lines and to receive a hundred emails in a day. We have hired more staff to handle the heavy volume. I wish you would have contacted me through Angie's List or emailed as the phone lines are quite heavy. We appreciated your consideration."
