Description of Work: Prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and clean. David was called to clean my chimney and check the condition of my chimney cap. The job was thorough and efficient. When I expressed my concern for the loose bricks in the firebox he was helpful not only knowing the cause but was able to recommend a mason for repair work. I will recommend this business to everyone.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for a chimney sweep with safety inspection. They were good. The person arrived promptly. He was not scared of my big dogs. He answered all my questions. Covered the front of the fire place so dirt didn't come into the room while he was cleaning. Vacuumed up everything. Was in and out in about 30 minutes. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Cleaned out my chimney. After cleaning, I have had some problems with smoke coming into my house. I don't understand why since I just had it cleaned. I have never had this problem before. I got the service because I knew it was supposed to be done on occasion and I have never had it done before. For what was done, the price seem a little high and the I am concerned about the quality being deficient. I will probably use another company to this again next year.
