Description of Work: I emailed to find out how far out he was scheduling and how long it takes to complete the cleaning because I don't know my work schedule from day to day. He emailed me back and said he had time that afternoon! We worked out a time, he came, and my chimney was clean in about an hour. Awesome.

Description of Work: Cleaned out a very short exhaust tube from dryer - it may have been cheaper if I hadn't gone with the "deal" for $90, but I didn't understand that it was a tiny job. I imagine he is great on big jobs, like chimneys, etc. Very nice man.

Description of Work: Too expensive on labor cost plus cutting panel cost which is ripped off. The cutting panel should consider be a labor cost. Not recommendation to other customers for further repairs and need to find a better quality and fair price.

Response from Lonestar Air Duct & Chimney
Lone Star cleaned the chimney, also explained to the customer that the coupon was for cleaning & inspection not major repairs. Lone Star removed the old broken panels, measured, cut and installed 2 new refectory panels. Lone Star reduced the price of repairs to better help the customer. Very few companies would go that far to help. Apparently the customer did not appreciate the discount.
