Description of Work: They were able to make the appointment within less then 24 hours of me calling. I have never had my chimney cleaned before. They were only there for about 30 minutes or less and I was outside so could not tell what all they had done. It seemed very quick. They were polite, friendly and prompt.

Description of Work: I bought the Big Deal for an inspection and cleaning. Quick service. He also worked on my cap so that Chimney Swifts could nest in my chimney. He'd never done that before, but was very willing and interested in my request. I really appreciated that. I did inspect the chimney from below before and after he finished cleaning and I couldn't tell a difference, but I'm not an expert - that's why I called him. I really appreciated the help with the cap that he did for no extra charge. That alone was worth the $90.

Description of Work: We had one system cleaned with two return air ducts. The technician was about 20 minutes early, performed the service, cleaned up his messy areas, and was out the door in around 80 minutes. We have had duct cleaning in the past after construction projects, and it is amazing how much it improves the cleanliness of our home, and usually lasts for about three years.
