Description of Work: This was not as thorough a dryer vent cleaning as I expected. I had thought he would do more work like I had done in the past, where they also cleaned the inside of the dryer. He did clear out the birds nest in the outside vent and put a cover on it to prevent future nests.

Description of Work: We were not yet living in our new home when I called for a chimney service (since it was recommended by the Home Inspector). I let the gentleman in and then I proceeded to leave while he serviced the chimney. Unfortunately, the next day when we came to the home, we noticed that the very outer top piece of our chimney had not been placed back on properly. We had a storm and it completely blew off onto the ground. So my husband had to get a ladder and put the piece back on himself. Not sure if he was in a rush to finish or what but he definitely didn't put the top back on all the way. I was a bit disappointed with that.

Description of Work: David cleaned our 16 air ducts, 2 bathroom ceiling fans, & dryer vent. We have used him before and was pleased with his work, cost, services and would highly recommend. He will also do bird removal from vents. We didn't know he performed those services and paid a huge amount to have a nest and 4 birds removed from cold air return. It is wise to have dryer vents cleaned about every 2 years to be on the safe side.
