It worked out fine. The roof was too steep for him to do the top clean out. That was the only dissatisfaction.

It was a good experience. The guy was on time. Professional, I remember him. If I remember him he gets an “A”.

Went well, technician was very professional, was able to open up some of our vents which were original to the house (built in 1957) and were painted shut. It did peel/crack a bit of the paint around which was expected, but he was able to clean the ducts well.

Great, They even painted the new caulking for me on the corner of the chimney.

David responded immediately even though it was July 4th to set up the appointment (I wasn't expecting that). They showed up on time & went straight to work. It was a bit awkward at first as I felt he was a bit abrupt but I just let him do his thing, thinking he just wanted to get the work done. He cleaned the inside of the vents & cleaned all the vent covers. Also cleaned the return. He was much more personable & friendly at the end. I'm happy with the service I received.

It went well but I ended up paying twice. I never gave them the opportunity to correct the mistake.

It went well! They were on time, professional, responded to my call and did an excellent job! They even went up on the roof, the first time someone has ever done that, and cleaned up there too! Their attention to detail is better then other companies I have used and would use them again!

I seem to remember them missing their 2 hour window appt we had scheduled. It is okay if you get busy elsewhere, but not okay if you dont act apologetic.

I really could not tell any different after he did it. I would not use them again.

The young man was the son of the owner. When he got up on the roof and put the machine down and sucked all of the lint it all came out on the roof in big clumps. He left it there. When he came down to come in for me to sign. I looked up and saw all of this lint blowing on my patio, on my flowers, in other people's yards. I said aren't you going to vacuum that off the roof? He said the wind would blow it away. I said that is not acceptable. I live in a condo and that is blowing into my neighbors yards and onto my flowers. He reluctantly went back to the van and got the vacuum and started vacuuming what was left by that time. My son went out and picked it off my flowers. It didn't take very long at all. It wasn't a long appointment. I didn't realize it had so much in it. He explained to me how lint is sucked up into the vent. I was concerned about my dryer. He explained if it is functioning properly once you turn the machine on it sucks it up and out of the vent. He got a lot out. I had no problem with him up to the clean up point.

He was prompt and professional. However, the vent came loose from the back of the dryer and blew lint around the floor of laundry room. Contractor did not bother to check that after he was done so I had to move dryer out and reattach vent and sweep up floor.

It went well. The first time the chimney had been cleaned in last 20 years.

He was great so plane spoken and clear about what he was going to be doing. He was efficient, prompt and cleaned up afterwards. It was great. Price was in par with what everyone else charges for that. I would use them again.

It was fine. They have done work for me in the past. They do a really good job. There was no other charges. I would recommend them.

David Freeman was the contact person and the tech doing the job. He was on time. We talked and he got to work and finished in about 45 minutes. He cleaned around the dryer, reconnected the exhaust tubing from the dryer to the wall vent leading out to the roof. He went into the attic and then onto the roof to clean the vent. The roof was free of any lent and the area around the dryer was very well cleaned and dryer placed back into position.

Easy! Diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, replaced/fixed the problem.

He was on time. He got right up on the roof and got busy cleaning out the vent which was in need of a "big" time cleaning. I would hire again.
