KEYS & SONS STUMP GRINDING

Mr. Keys came by and gave me a very competitive estimate. He brought one of his sons as he is training them to run the business. I had 8 stumps to be ground down that were 1 to 3 feet tall: 2 crape myrtles (1 was very large), 4 wax leaves, and 2 Chinese hollies. I also had one red tip to be removed that had most of its limbs still attached. The wax leaves and the smaller crape myrtle were all above or next to water or gas lines and the wax leaves were also right next to the foundation of my house. Mr. Keys contacted me several times on my cell phone as the day approached keeping me updated on when they could come by to do the job. They came out on a Saturday which was very convenient for me. They completed the job in about 3 hours and raked the fine wood chips into the holes I had made trying to remove the stumps myself. They did not quote me removal of the downed wood so I still need to bundle it up for my trash removal service. That is fine with me since I probably saved some money. They did haul all of the above ground limbs and trunks to the front curb. Neither any of the utility lines nor my foundation were damaged. Two plants that a growing around the smaller crape were also not damaged. All nine unwanted stumps are now way below ground level. It was a very clean job.
