I reecently hired Kas Contracting for a complete roof replacement on my home. Their crew did an amazing job! Despite the heat, they completed it on time and the clean up was fantastic. John, my salesman, was super professional, to include wearing a mask and check on the job to confirm it’s progress. Our roof replacement was done October, 2016. Why we would recommend Kas Contracting: 1. General Manager John has 18 years experience in the roofing business and knows any and everything about roofs. His ability to work closely with us as homeowners, listening to our concerns, answering each and every question in detail along with all the emails, gave a confidence that extended to his work crew. John also made sure we understood the extent of the warranty and all that entailed. It was in written document form, reiterated at the completion of the work .Kas uses only the best products which reinforces the coverage and quality of the warranty. John had many visits to our home (initial bid, prior to work beginning, day of the job beginning, in between and twice when the job was completed. He was just great to work with! 2. The Crew. The Crew was fabulous!! They have been working together for years and knew their trade expertly. They were extremely efficient and took great care to protect the periphery of the house (landscaping, concrete, aerobic system, gutters). And-to our absolute delight- once they drove away from our property it literally looked as if they had never been there. Most importantly the finished product of our new roof looks beautiful and healthy. Would we recommend Kas? Absolutely!!!

The whole transaction was so smooth that we never felt like we were having a new roof. Since i trust the judgement of our friend in hiring a contractor, on her referral i contacted John. He is a pleasure to work with and a real gentleman and a pro. Got the best price from him and high quality of work. Handled all the paper work required with our insurance company, got the required approvals and completed the work on time as promised.
Great thing to mention is he never bothered about the checks i need to give him after i got them from the insurance. Allowed me to take my own time to get them to him.
