K & M Steam Cleaning

The couches are microfiber and off-white in color. K&M did a fantastic job of getting the furniture cleaned. Their technicians called to let me know they were on their way and were friendly and professional. I have two large dogs and they even played with the dogs and gave them a little attention before getting to work.

We have used this company for years. They are very reasonable with their rates compared with other carpet cleaners and they do just as good of work. They also usually have coupons in the paper. They are great as they get all of the stains out and they are very professional.

I have had them come before to do the fence cleaning for me. I have worked with them twice now and have been very satisfied with them. They are very friendly and punctual. I think they are very knowledgeable because I wanted them to steam clean the couch, but they told me that because of the fabric they did not recommend it.

They did a very good job. The only thing that didn't make me totally happy was that the day they came or the day after I spilt tea on the carpet, so I called them to see if they could come and clean it, and they never came back. They didn't have to, but it would have been nice if they had.

Their staff is very polite and very efficient. They re nice to deal with and did a great job at a reasonable price. We are very happy with their service and would highly recommend them to everyone.

I was surprised that they did not vacuum before hand.

I liked the fact that this company is very respectful of your home and they are very prompt. It didn't take very long to schedule them to come out. They did a great job getting the stains out of our carpets and it didn't take them long to finish the job. The carpets stayed clean and stain free.

They were very polite and very professional. The customer service was excellent and I did not have to wait for them to show up because they were here on time. After they finished everything, the carpet looked very nice.

I had K&M clean all the carpeted areas in my home (living room, two bedrooms, hallway, and a straight staircase) and add Scotchgard treatment. They did a pretty thorough job, though some stains remain. I should have pointed out one area of particular concern. My only complaint is that they didn't really move the furniture as advertised; they moved some very light things like a small chair, but just sort of cleaned around items like a bed (even though the bed is on wheels). They also did one large and one small patch on the carpet to repair some pet damage. The patches are not perfect (carpet grain on the small one is not matched, edges are still visible on both) but they certainly look better than before! Prices reasonable, staff polite and efficient. Arrived on time.

Overall, I was satisfied. They called before arriving, and said they would arrive at 9 am, but showed up early. Luckily, there was someone here to meet them. They did a good job, suggested some home-remedy type of cleaning options (which I had asked about).

Arrived on time and did a fantasic job. Although unable to remove one large spot in living area, but I understand they worked very hard to get it out. I had described the sofa over the phone, but the price went too high once they saw it so I just had them do the skirting. Not nearly as clean as the washed cushions so will need to wash the whole thing in laundry. Overall, very pleased.

The crew did a fantastic job. The stains from when our washing machine broke and leaked into the hallway are gone. The tough stains in our children's bathroom from toothpaste are also gone. The heavily traveled areas downstairs look brand new. And the stains from the pets are gone. They did a great job. I plan to use them again. I highly recommend this company!

I misunderstood their estimated time of arrival. The company said they would be there between 11am and 1pm. They were a little late. They arrived at about 1:45pm due to their workload. They completed the job quickly and efficiently.

Our experience with this company was awesome! We called on a Friday and they had time on the following day. They came at the time quoted, and were very efficient in answering all questions. The men that came were professional, prompt, and thorough. The person that scheduled our appointment answered a lot of questions and was very nice.

The initial estimate was made by one of the persons (Jim)who actually does the installation. Unlike another bidding company who sent only a salesperson, the person doing the installation was much more effective in recognizing the installation potential problems and opportunities; therefore, could gave a much more realistic estimate. The work was done on schedule; was competitively priced; and we are very satisfied with the outcome.

The guys that showed up, Jimmy and Craig, were on time, polite and did a great job. They were able to get old stains out of the carpet that I thought were permanent. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. Also, they didn't say that my large living area was really two rooms (which other companies have told me)and they happily moved any furniture I needed moved. The folks that answer the phone (Ken and Chrissie) were very nice as well. Overall, very happy!

They did move the furniture which was important to me. They did the high traffic areas and got rid of all the stains. The carpet dried within about three hours. The representative was polite and did a good job and they cleaned up after themselves. I don't think they did anything special it was just basic cleaning.

Their cleaning technician arrived a little early to set up the equipment and displayed excellent behavior while in our home. All furniture was moved to get close to the walls and he spent extra time on the main traffic areas. This was necessary because of the length of time, it had been since our last cleaning job. He got all the ground in dirt out and the rest of the carpeting was equally clean.

They did a very good job on the carpet; it was very clean looking when the carpet dried. They moved all of the furniture so they could do a good job. We are satisfied with the carpet and their service was done very quickly and professional.
