JUST RIGHT LAWNS

I find this company to be consistent, reliable, and reasonably priced. I don't have to be there for the service and they auto debit the cost. Once in awhile they miss the appointed day (From rain or similar issues) but they always get it the next day. Ideally they would email me that it was going to run over, but I have no idea what the logistics involved are. I'd highly recommend.

The guys showed up every other week as scheduled. Did a good job. Very efficient. Two complaints: grass is cut way too low, makes it look half dead for the first week; and patio furniture isn't put back in place after blower is used, always in total disarray when i arrive home at night.

They were great with no surprises. I used them a while back so I don't remember all details. I do remember that they were very friendly. There's not much else to say - they mowed, edged, and cleaned up. They showed up the days they were supposed to and it cost what they said it would. Thumbs up.

It was not good so I did not stay with them. I do not remember the cost of the service. I was not happy with them but their price was neutral.

They are great and are very easy to deal with. They do exactly what they say they are going to do. I have not had any problems. If I have a question I just call them. Their guys come when I am not here.

I get my grass cut every two weeks and they stay on schedule. I love the fact they mail out a schedule when my grass will get cut because I never remember. I have never had any issues with this company they are very accommodating. I have a trampoline in the back yard and they move the trampoline to cut the grass under it which I love. They do not take a long time to cut the yard, they are pretty quick. If they can not service your lawn on the scheduled day an email is sent out letting you know. This company is great if you are looking for someone to cut your grass they also edge it as well.

They are okay. Their service is excellent. The only thing I complain about is they mow in the winter when there is no grass.

They are great. Sometimes they came on not the right day so there were certain inconsistencies. Their payment was automated so they took it out directly so that was good and their customer service was very responsive.

It's going fine. The service is good. It's very easy. I don't have to do a whole lot to make it happen.

I have been using them longer than I used Angie's List. They have been an on going service for me. I use them every two weeks. It cost thirty six dollars every two weeks. Well for a yard service, I can alter the appointments on line- the appointments are automatic, and they auto bill my credit card based on my scheduled needs. So, its a set it and forget it type of service.

They were fine and there was nothing special with them. The price is reasonable. I am not unhappy with their service.

They are pretty good. They come on time and they get done when they are supposed to. They don't customize like if you get anything above the basic maintenance so it gets pretty expensive.

Just Right Lawns has always been great. They are very professional and do a good job of mowing, edging, and blowing the clippings back on to the grass. They only need instructions once to get it right every time. We have been using them for at least 3 years and have been very happy. When they arrive, they are all done in 30 minutes or less and the only evidence that they were here is a perfectly manicured yard. It used to take us more than 5 hrs to complete it. I love having our weekends back!

Our house has a small lawn so this comany did regular mowing and edges every other tuesday. They come in do their business quickly and leave a nice clean cut grass after. The prices is pretty competitive and they are always on time. I'll hire them again once my landscaping project is finished.

They’re cheap that’s why I kept using them. They’re pretty good. They do a good job. Everything is clean. I noticed that they were a little cheaper than the other ones that I researched.

Mowing our lawn and edging..They generally do a good job.But this year the quality has not been as great and they have not showed up on our assigned day one too many times and it was not due to weather conditions.

We have employed this company for about 8 weeks now. The price is right but these guys can't be bothered to pick up the plastic lawn chairs that blow into the yard. We live in a very windy area and constantly have to pick up things out of the yard but they simply mow around it. It looks terrible. How ridiculous is that? I will be canceling their service immediately.

Contacted firm on 9/4/2013 to cut a high lawn by 9/6 on a house I'm selling.. At first they said the schedule was to start 9/9. When I said I would need to go elsewhere they said they could do it by 9/6. i agreed and signed up for biweekly services. Alas, they sent an email mid afternoon 9/6 saying if they could not do my lawn that day they would do it the next day 9/7. The reason they stated was their crews were very busy. I did not consider it unreasonable but was annoyed they did disclose how busy they were and said something about their scheduling. I checked 9/7 and 9/8 and lawn was not cut. Today is 9/9 and on calling early afternoon, they said they would likely not be able to cut the lawn until the next day! Needless to say after spouting off, I told them it was breach of contract and I wanted immediate cancellation. They agreed and confirmed by email. I originally chose the firm mainly due to their pricing that would have been $34.00 every two weeks. Not worth it for any amount. Terrible service.

This lawn service is the WORST I have ever dealt with. Always late or do not show up at all. I have animals I have to lock up for them to come in the back yard and they do not show up until after 5 pm or LATER if AT ALL. I would never recommend them to anyone. They never did a great job. I had to call them back 3 times in one day to get the lawn done right. They do not know how to edge to make the yard tidy. Finally had enough of them. It is not okay to show up at 8pm or on some occasions not at all. The gardeners usually do not speak English, which is not a big deal for us.... but may be for other people. This is absolutely the worst people in the profession I have ever encountered in my 43 years on this earth. Don't expect them to pull weeds either. Just the worst. After posting this... and some angry e mails...and talking to my husband... I get the idea that the person who owns this company either did not know these things were happening or are reacting to this post (as it was discussed via phone). and maybe did not care until this happened. I can't tell you that and I hope it was the former. Either way, I was told we would be refunded some payments. They wanted to work for free but I said it was NOT worth the hassle. (trust me... it wasn't) So... maybe they will shape up and future reviews will be good. Thankful they at least tried ... but having complained so many times... it should NOT have taken this to get service... ever.

I have no complaints about the work they perform -- my yard is very neat and tidy after they get done working. The biliing is convenient. This company does ask that you allow them 6 visits before dropping them. I've now used this yard service 4 times. Out of those 4 times, they showed up on the scheduled day twice. My scheduled lawn service day is Wednesday, but on 1 instance, they didn't show up until the following Monday. That makes it a bit risky for the homeowner, who must unlock the back gate before they come. I had to leave my gate unlocked 5 nights because I had no idea when they were going to show up. I understand that sometimes employees get sick. That's part of the risk of doing business. It seems that this company is currently extremely short of employees to service my area of town. If they get that issue straightened out, it should be a dependable company.

I was very impressed with how easy it was to sign up for this service and how quickly they started. When I called I was stressed out about how overgrown my lawn was and I couldn't do it myself due to a back injury. They do a very good, quick job on my lawn. My only complaint would be that while edging/weeding around my deck they have cut holes in my two plastic plant pots that sit just off my deck on the grass. I can't move these pots because the plants are growning around the wood pieces that hold up the arbor above my deck. I called the company to ask if they could put a not in my file to let the people know to be careful around those pots. It was difficult to get the operator to understand that I wasn't asking for compensation just for them to be careful. She ended up putting the note in my file but I did no good at all. Each time they come they cut the holes a little larger. I guess I will eventually have to replace the pots and hope my plants don't get damaged in the process.

They were accurate in their quote. They were prompt getting back with me. Their service men were professional and prompt and their prices were fair.

Initial contract went well, with the exception of them breaking a $50.00 pot that they didn't cover or even acknowledge was broken. Otherwise their service was good. This year, they gave me the wrong information about the day they were coming, Terrorized my dog by showing up on the wrong day. Have been delayed by the rain (Understandable), but no phone call or anything to explain or give a rain date. I board my dog when they're coming on a work day, so it costs me another $25 to do this. Last time it took 2 days, so it cost me $50 + the lawn cost. They move NOTHING, so my grass around the tomato standing planters has become like a climbing vine. The people in the office are polite, but it doesn't help to have them give excuses and just not get the work done. I'm shopping now for a replacement, before my HOA fines me. If there's not enough crews in this area, get more crews. Plenty of people out there looking for work, especially with the school year done. Just poor customer service.

For a birthday gift, purchased lawn maintenance for my Mom. After calling a number of lawn care business on Angie's List with no luck getting an estimate (either didn't service the area, to busy, too small of a job, or just no return call), found Just Right Lawns on line. Their online estimate was simple. I called and spoke with a representative to explain the situation thatIthe maintenance was to be done at my Mom's property but we were pauying the bill. Everything was up front and clear. Easy payment arrangements. And my Mom says they come on time, do a good job, and have been convenient. Once our kids leave our house, may consider them for our lawn maintenance. :) Highly recommend.

I really love their service because they show up every two weeks during the summer and monthly during 3 months in the winter. They provide you a calendar with the days they will be there throughout the year. They are very dependable and even show up consistently around the same time. The most convenient thing is that they charge my credit card, so I do not have to have cash or send a check or pay a bill. They have online access to your account as well. They are very affordable, consistent, and quick. We have been using them for more than a year and are very happy with them. I only wish they provided service in the small town where my mother lives.
