The young men were very nice, but they tracked mud all over the condo and came with a FULL truck which was a bit of a problem. Communication problems with the boss I suppose.

"Susie, We are so sorry you had a bad experience. We train our guys to always wear booties when entering residences especially during rainy days. We are trying to get a hold of you to resolve this. We cannot always arrive with an empty truck due to one truck does many jobs in a day. We always have a backup truck available and we try to have enough space in the truck for the items we arrive onsite but it's not perfect so that is why we run a backup truck. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!"

I had three pieces of living room furniture removed. Couch, love seat, and big chair that the City of Cedar Park TX played a game to not pickup. I'm glad I found Junkluggers

I was able to book the appointment by email, which I find very helpful. They were able to come out within a couple of days of my request. And they accept credit cards. The guys arrived right on time and had everything loaded and ready to go within about 10 minutes. They were neat, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend them.
