I spent about $233,000 on the purchase. She was a very patient person. I shopped around extensively. I was going to buy another condominium through a short sale. She went through the short sale process, which required an incredible number of back and forth offers. She never complained about any of it. She was really patient. When the sale went through, she and I went out and looked at a lot of houses. She knew what I wanted. She did not take me to houses that were not what I was looking for. She did not try and push me up from my budget. She helped me find a place that I liked and which was within my budget. She was extremely patient. My son had used her services previously. So, when I used her services, there was general satisfaction in the family. I will use her in the future if required.
