Jim was very easy to work with. We were living out of state planning a move to Austin. We wanted to buy a house before we moved here. Jim had us set up to view listings on-line, which made our homework easy. He was readily available for questions. We took a trip to Austin to view the homes we were considering which turned into viewing 30 plus homes in two days. Jim was very patient with us and helpful in pointing out flaws in homes as well as their benefits. He mentioned that he had previous experience with the home building process, which was a great source of information to us as we asked questions about homes. The only slight weakness I would say was during negotiations, where I feel we could have pressured the sellers into a little lower price with a more experienced negotiator. But, we still got the house at a fair price.
