They did a great job and you can't even tell there was a hole there. They responded to my texts and their communication was very efficient. They initially installed the roof and everything worked out very well. We would highly recommend them.

The service itself  made it a good deal. They did an outstanding job. They took the thing off and put it on in one day. They had eight or nine guys up there. They put a put a tarp around the house and gathered up all the nails I've not found a single nail in the yard. I found one little plate they used the nail in to keep the black stuff down the tar paper. I found one piece of tar paper that wouldn't be the size of the palm of your hand in one of the little bushes it probably fell all the way down. They did a very good job. I'm very pleased with them. I will absolutely use them again. One of my  next door neighbors had his done and I recommended another one that lives a few blocks away. My neighbor's already had it done and had another one looking at it.

It was a long process but went smooth. The install went well too. Roof looks better than any of the neighbors that also had theirs replaced.

The contractors who performed the siding work were very unprofessional. They hardly ever showed up, took long breaks, took a very long time to complete the job (a month) and did not clean up the trash. I kept texting the contractor to remove the siding trash but he continued to give me excuses as to why they couldn't. It still sits in our yard today for over a month. They mentioned they were also going to replace our window screens. At this point, I want no additional services from these contractors.

Lesson to be learned: If Jmar roofing hires an outside company, please follow up with the customer to ensure the experience is going well. Our contractor gave us his number and to contact him if we needed anything. We thought they were in sync when in fact they were not. If I had a company name to protect, I would A. Never hire some random contractors to do such a job. B. If I absolutely had to hire an external group, I would follow up with the Customer instead of taking the word of the contractors.

This was overall a really bad experience. I never knew when the contractors were going to show up. They rarely stayed very long to work on the siding. I understand it was hot but this was every day and they wouldn't show up for days or weeks at a time. the trash is still in my yard. My neighbors have been observing and have asked who was it that was hired so that they don't hire them.  I apologize for writing such reviews but I was more than patient with the situation. Over a month and I only contacted the contractor before finally contacting Jmar. I guess it's my fault.

My issue has not been resolved. I still have siding trash left in my yard, the siding work well the siding is already falling off, the window screens were not replaced as I was told by the contractor but not sure if that was the agreement, and above all I just want them to get the trash and never come back .
