Job was done fairly well. Some of the fascia was not properly aligned, some gaps. Paint was left on siding in some places. Some trash was also left behind in planters.

JV Roofing provided quality service in every way. They were courteous and prompt in answering my many questions. On the day of the job, they came early and worked quickly and thoroughly, removing the old roof, checking for wear and damage, and installing the new roof. They repaired damaged wood, installed an attic ventilation exhaust fan, caulked gaps in the chimney, and put a new ridge vent over the storage room part of the carport. They were friendly and cheerful, extremely competent, and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this company.

Jose and team are trustworthy. They started and completed the job as stated in the contract. The contract was detailed, clear and concise. All questions that I asked were immediately addressed/answered. Iâ m happy with the replacement roof and I wouldnâ t hesitate to use JV Roofing again.

Very pleased with JV roofing. I needed someone after an ice storm brought a tree onto my roof and they were great. Would highly recommend.

JV Roofing Repairs was only one that was willing to help after the winter storm (city with trees fallen and roof repairs all over, also contractors were not available). They were kind to fit it into the weekend (Sunday) schedule and did the roof repair for us. Jose gave us a very good price and they completed the job on same day!!!! I recommend them to anyone in need of an honest and kind service, they did a great job too!

Excellent work and reasonable rates.

Jose inspected the flat roof and saw the damage due to water leaks. Quite a few boards and plywood needed needed to be replaced. Some of the additional work involved installing a gutter, removing old gutters and properly sealing two windows. He showed me the leaking components and then gave me a very detailed bid for the work. The crew arrived on time and were equipped with all the tools and material. They went to work immediately and continued till it was all done. They were polite and very hard working. The critical places on the flat roof were sealed the proper labor intensive way, no short cuts. They picked up the debris and cleaned up well before leaving. Upon inspection I am very pleased with the quality of their work. I can recommend JV Roofing Repairs without any reservations.

Jose quickly responded to my request for roof repair and was at the house within 30mins to provide a reasonable quote. Knowing rain was in the forecast he covered the affected areas to keep things safe. He and his team were prompt and efficient when they came for the repair.

Installed new vent covers or painted existing to match roof. Used tarps and picked up metal debris with magnets. The crew does quality work and very respectful of the property.
