We hired this company to fix a leak that was coming down into our office.  The entire roof was replaced to fix the problem.  When the leak continued a couple of times the source could not be found.  Finally one worker said it was caulking in a window and offered to fix it.  I assumed this was part of the warranty and did not expect to pay.  When I was confronted with a bill for 80 dollars I was upset it was a job I would have easily done myself.  I did not want to pay. His boss was very upset with me and threatened to sue me and told me to never call his company again and he was revoking my warranty.  I feel terrible for the worker he was a very nice guy and I wish I had just paid him but emotions got in the way.  I would not use this company again even for warranty work.

All work was high quality.We love the end product and have received compliments from friends and neighbors. During the work, the site was kept neat. Crew worked hard and they were always polite and considerate. The owner presented design choices that met our overall objectives (low maintenance, keep sunlight coming into family room). Work started about 2 weeks later than expected because it took longer to get required permits and they had many other jobs that they were completing. Due to a long wet period, the construction took longer than expected. They answered phone questions quicker than email questions.

It went perfectly. They cleaned everything. They even did things (such as put flashing around pipes coming out of the roof) that weren't done before.

I contacted them through servicemagic.com and overall was very pleased. They came out one day after I called them to provide an estimate. They were very professional in the way that they worked with the insurance claims adjuster and the communication with me. In addition to the work, I paid them to install a TV antenna. I'm pleased with the roof. One bush is damaged, but otherwise, they handled the cleanup and protection of the area fairly well.
