I worked with Lisa Johnson, who showed me several houses without making me feel I was being a pest.  In a very competitive market, she sent me several listings as soon as they came on the market so we could get a jump on making an offer, if interested. . When we found the right one, she presented my offer in such a manner that we beat out another offer for slightly more.  She called the realtor to let them know the offer was coming and personalized the offer so that he accepted mine over another. (The seller told me so himself!) She also met the various inspectors and even met the cable guy, when the date/time they could come conflicted with my schedule, saving me from having to reschedule installation for eight days out. She even volunteered to be there with my movers when it looked like closing was going to move into the timeframe they would be there.  You could not ask for a better agent when looking for your new home.
