Came out immediately and took care of pest control

I contacted HAWX in Irving Texas for a potential Bee problem in my attic. They asked me if they had access to the attic, I said yes but you need a ladder. They told their specialist would bring the ladder. Not alone did he not bring a ladder, but I was told a manager has to go up into the attic. The manager was scheduled today, 5-8-21, between 2-4 pm. I received a phone call that he would show up but will do another reschedule, on Tues 5-9-21 between 3-5 pm. I took out a yearly service with them, but now I will try to get out of it. They have failed on the first, second attempt to provide service. I would like Homeadvisor/Angi to try to get me out of this contract.

They had multiple people calling me, gave me a hard sell, and straight-up lied about what the on-site **technician** would be able to do, and what little they did has been ineffective.

I expected them to treat the outside first. It was raining, so they switched to treating the inside. Would have been nice if the office had called to let me know first. Hope the next 3 treatments go a little more smoothly.

Patrick was awesome! Friendly, professional, efficient, explained everything. Only problem is with Customer Service: they rescheduled my initial appointment without telling me. After I called to find out where the Tech was is when I was told it had been rescheduled. So I made another appointment but the Tech showed up on a different day. Made another appointment and again no one showed up and found out it had been rescheduled without my knowledge. Finally Patrick came on the appointed day. I would use them again/ give them another try if I can have Patrick again.

Spoke to Mason at Hawx. Mason took the time to give me all the information that I asked for. As they say first impressions are important and Mason is attentive, courteous, knowledgeable and overall very professional! Mason gave me some very aggressive pricing for my project. So I will definitely be contacting Mason when ready to do the project!

Hawxs is amazing! They contacted me right away and even got a technician out to me the same day! The technician was friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job! Iâ d highly recommend them to anyone!

Hawx has been awesome to work with and it was so easy to set up an annual plan for preventative maintenance for all pests. Mark went above and beyond during his first visit and I look forward to working with him and the Hawx team in the future!

They called me when they got there so I could explain what issues needed to be handled. They also eliminated the mosquitos which I have been battling for over 8 months.

We needed fire ant extermination in a hurry. We called them mid-afternoon and they come out the next morning at 8am. All the ants were gone within a few hours after extermination and haven't returned so far (it's been about a month). They did the yard front and back, all around the exterior of the house and inside the house. Price was reasonable probably about mid range for the industry so not the cheapest but most definitely not the highest.

This company has representatives who are knowledgeable, competent, qualified, courteous, and professional. I plan to sign a contract with them when I purchase my new home.
