They did fine for a routine cleaning, but the next time I needed it cleaned they were unable to deodorize it after my pet stained it, so I started going somewhere else.

I received an estimate on the phone then took the rug in to their shop. I explained the cat smell problem. They couldn't guarantee they could get the smell out. I picked up the rug the next week. The day after I put it in the house I noticed the smell was still there (it had a perfume on it when I picked it up). I called the shop, was told I could bring the rug back in, they would clean it again and again use chemicals to get the smell out. I picked the rug up a few days later. There was no perfume smell or cat smell this time. I now have the rug in my living room, it looks great and it smells good. This company went above and beyond to get this rug clean. Though it was a hassle to take it back they did a wonderful job!

The workman was prompt, courteous and quick with his repair. Olivia worked my job into the schedule when I requested next day service.
