Sean Hager was fantastic to work with. He treated us with utmost respect and explained each recommendation and the reasons for those. His follow up with us before, during and after the job was completed was unbelievable. Some other tree services we have used never contacted after we signed the contract . Sean exemplifies great. Service and his crew reflected the same.

I am very disgusted with this company. They will not even hold themselves accountable for their unacceptable incompetence. I would give a negative rating to this company if I could. They improperly planted a tree in my back yard in October 2018. It was very expensive and I expected it to be well done but it was not! The tree is now root-bound with circular roots and shakes greatly in even a mild wind. I reported this and after several weeks, and numerous phone calls and emails with photos and video, I finally got their answer. I was told that they no longer plant trees and are unable (unwilling?) to do anything about their improper planting or even to correct the damage to this tree. I originally called Good Guys Tree Service because they claimed to be experienced in tree care. Apparently now they only trim trees. Because of my past experience with this companys performance and customer service, I would not trust them to trim trees either. It is one thing to make a mistake and another to correct it.

The crew did a great job. They were responsive to my questions and direction. Friendly. Hard-working. Fast. Great clean-up too. Kudos to Alejandro and his team

If you are looking for a great company - you found one. Estimate to service, they are fair priced, professional, kind and their work is simply excellent from beginning to end, This will be my tree service moving forward (this was the 2nd time I have used them and could not be happier).

These guys were great! From the estimate to the service, they were kind and courteous. They considered the safety of myself and my house. They even made sure that I walked through after they were finished and went back to trim up something that I had forgotten.

The sales guy was better than the project lead. The crew seemed not to have much/any English, and despite repeated stressing that I wanted the trim level low, and why (Six feet, Seis pies, for privacy please) the worker who did the back yard started by cutting up at 15 feet off the ground. We also had some hauling charges applied to the bill that were to have been waived, because I will be burning the wood that was cut.

Reasonable price perfect execution

Good Guys were on time- very knowledgeable- gave me a low cost, practical solution that was a perfect outcome. They were outstanding in every way.

These guys showed up, got to work, completed everything we ask for and did an excellent job of cleaning up. I have had multiple tree service companies, but this is the only one we have continued to use. They are very thorough and their price is excellent. Dylan was the crew leader and was very professional in his work, exemplifies the name "GoodGuys" Tree Service.

I'm really glad I got Good Guys Tree Service to do this big job for us! They got the city permit without me having to do anything. Then they showed up on time & swiftly removed our huge, dying tree without any damage to our home. They cleaned up our yard afterwards. All this was done at the price they quoted, which was about half of my other quotes. I highly recommend Good Guys Tree Service.

I hired Bob and we agreed on a price to remove bamboo and was told there was no guarantee to them coming back and I agreed to that and they came out 3 times but they did not get everything out. Bob told me that if I needed everything out I would need to pay an additional $4000 and they gave me contract of $600

These guys really are Good Guys, and they did a fantastic job for us. They cleaned up our numerous oak trees and cleared out some overgrowth and undergrowth in our naturally landscaped back yard at a very reasonable price. The sales team and the crew were very professional and easy to work with and paid great attention to detail. I highly recommend this company. They did a great job.
