"There are a couple items we would like to address. First, we take issue with attitude comment as it is unclear how it was determined Scott was in a bad mood, Ms. [Member Name Removed] was in the process of parting with another visiting service provider when Scott arrived, then after he introduced himself, Ms. [Member Name Removed] briefly explained where and what we needed to measure and then went to get on a call leaving him alone. Our schedule visit was based on Ms. [Member Name Removed] request to look into replacing a fogged window with arrival between 8:30-9:30 with Scott arriving at 8:36AM (GPS confirmed). Well, after measurements were taken Scott advised Ms. [Member Name Removed] that a quote would follow from the office, packed up ladder/tools and left 25 minutes later. We were notified immediately upon his leaving of this scratched door issue. We volunteered to return immediately to look at with Ms. [Member Name Removed] (Scott literally less than 5 minutes away) but we were turned down. So we asked for another appt to get a look fully expecting Ms. [Member Name Removed] to be there to look with us. Well, we got there and were told by Ms. [Member Name Removed] to work with the new tenants who were moving in at the same time to look at the door. So Scott was allowed in to look and did review exactly where he set his ladder (which has bumper guards along the legs) and determined there was no way he could have caused this scratch. Ms. [Member Name Removed] never claimed to have seen us do this, just that it was there after we left. We are proud of our service, our track record with customers based on previous reviews and we will always resolve all issues we acknowledge to have caused, but this is not one of them and we stand firmly behind our decision."
