Come to find out, our opener was already broken by the previous tenant. They ended up replacing the door and nothing was wrong with my opener. They were very helpful and I would use them again in the future!

Repaired garage door , door worked fine before they left ,used the next night ,garage door came up and want go back down ,called them since its under warranty,the guy on the phone says warranties are only done during regular , so means I have to

 leave my garage door open all nite , since its stuck wide open its not an emergency,they advertise to be 24-7 , I guess when they fill like it , guy on the phone says Brett is his boss and he is the owner and he rarely in the office or sees him, so whos running this outfit and why cant they stand behind there work

Garage door spring broke so I called Cedar Park because they had worked on our garage doors before.  I was quoted a price over the phone for this very standard repair and made an appointment to meet their service guy at our house.  He showed up early before I was home and started trying to sell my wife a whole new door when all we needed was a new spring.  I told him we just wanted the springs replaced.  He told me it was going to be more than quoted since our door was 8 foot tall instead of the standard 7 foot and that the springs would have to be specially cut.   Both size doors use the same spring you just wind the spring a little tighter when installing it for the extra height.  Too bad the service guy felt he needed to get us for more than just installing a couple of springs at the price quoted because we will never use them again.

Lynn was AWESOME!  I'm sure these guys get calls every hour on the hour from someone like me who knows NOTHING about the mechanisms on our garage door auto openers.  It turned out that my issues were a quick fix.  He gave me an estimate for replacement of my VERY old openers which was very reasonable which we will most likely do after the mess of the holidays is over AND, he did not charge me a cent.  I HIGHLY recommend this company should you have garage door issues of any sort and I am looking forward to getting new openers soon at a price that I couldn't touch if I went to buy the openers and hired someone to install.  Thanks Lynn for your help and Merry Christmas!

I wish all businesses operated this way.  Easy to get in touch with, same day service call, knowledgeable repair person, and incredibly reasonable.  When I saw the garage door off of one track and the other track bowed out with the door looking like it was about to crash to the ground I feared an expensive and time consuming repair or replacement.  Cedar Park was in and out in an hour and I was only out about $100.  
I highly recommend Cedar Park Garage Doors to anyone with a garage door issue.

He was very courteous and quick with the work. He was polite, clean, and he left a clean work space. He did everything that you would expect of the job. We were very happy with the service. We called and he said he could do the service the next day. We called another place and they were not able to get to us that quick.

I had an appointment with them. They did not show up or call. When I call, they could not tell me where it was, when he finally rang the doorbell, I was waiting in the house, and he was like 2 hours late. Then, I told them that they were late and have an appointment, and they said that they were head out to other customers. So, I was not important to them. He did not cost or build me anything. If they head up, I would have turn around and build them for my time.

I called expecting to make an appointment for a technician to come out and repair my garage door but Mike was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and talked me through how to fix it myself!  Thank you Mike for your honesty and for saving me money!

The old garage door opener we had did not have adequate power for our heavy garage door.  I made this worse when I accidentally opened the garage door with the manual lock in place, which bent the center rail.  I was amazed by the technicians level of expertise in being able to assess exactly what needed to be done to fix the problem.  He patiently explained in detail, everything we needed to know about the new opener and how to properly care for the door.  We are thrilled with the results!  Not only do we have a sturdier center rail, but now, the garage door is so quiet when it's in operation that our dogs can no longer hear when we've come home.
