Ed helped us in the home buying/selling process every step of the way. He really understands the Austin Texas market and knows the art of negotiations.

Ed compiled a detailed Market Analysis of our existing house and gave advise on items that needed replacement/updates to assist in a quick sale at a premium price. We acted on his input and were thrilled when the house sold within 2 weeks at the full list price.

I need to give a big shout out to Ed Lundry, our realtor. He went way beyond his duty to help us in the sale of our old house and purchase of the new one. This was one crazy transaction.
We could not have gotten into this house without him.
He agreed to list our house before I got let go from my job.
Once I got let go, Ed helped me secure a no interest loan to do the remodel to get the house ready for sale.
Then, when Charlotte had her seizure, Ed took over for me. He purchased all appliances, chose the colors for the paint, hired the workers, and supervised it through completion. All while I was going back and forth to San Antonio.
He held many open houses and found us the perfect buyer.
Once I found our new home, Ed helped us purchase that. He got us a new roof free by telling the seller to get insurance to buy the new roof.
To make matters more complicated, we did a reverse mortgage on the purchase, which no one had ever heard of until I told them about it.
We are now in our new home, $160,000 less than the old house, and we don't have any house payments. This should make retirement a bit easier.
All in all, Charlotte Rinebold and I are truly blessed.
