They took care of me the same day and I was very pleased. We called them with a problem after getting it home and they knew what to tell us to cure it.

After going to the Apple store with a dented iPad 2 that had a volume switch that was either all loud or muted, they told me they could not fix it but would exchange it for a refurb for $250. I said thanks but no thanks and found Discount Electronics. I took it in and they fixed it the same day. They charged only labor $50 for the service and fixed it. It now works great. There is a little movement with the screen but nothing that I'm going to complain about. I will certainly get a good quality cover for it to protect it from damage in the future.

I swear by these people because they don't make me feel like I'm a stupid woman asking about computers. There are women that work there. They don't make me feel silly when I have silly problems. They just fix it. They're a local chain. I go to the one on Manchaca. I recommend them without hesitation.

It only took 45 minutes. They are fast. The price was good. I will use them again.

They do computer repair and sales. Everything went pretty well. A computer failed and they took things from one hard drive and put it on another.
