Jeff was very responsive and has the heart of a teacher. He showed me exactly what was wrong with my AC unit and fixed it promptly. If you need some work done on you AC and you live in the greater Austin area, this is your company!

We've been working with Jeff for several years. He's always responsive and responsible. If he can't get to our home or rentals, he has a couple of reliable assistants to come by. We've never had any issues with his work.

In the midst of the Texas heat wave the AC wasn't cooling. I called Diamond K and he was out the same day. He immediatley knew it was the capacitor and replaced it.
A couple years ago when one of my spare bedrooms wasn't cooling - he figured out the ducts to the room were too small and replaced them withlarger ducts to keep the room cooling.

Since his replacement of the outside compressor in 2008 our air conditioning has been better than it’s ever been. He’s very pleasant, knowledgeable and informative. I will absolutely continue to use him in the future.
