 + -1 moreThis estimate was $75 lower than another estimate. The personnel at the desk and the technicians at Custom Car Crafters were professional and I would definitely do business with them again, plus the trim piece looked great.
Description of Work: Rear door trim was scraped. Dropped the trim piece off on Aug. 27th. Returned on Aug. 28th. It was painted and looked like new. They attached it to the rear door and I was on my way.

We have had a number of such repairs over the years (luckily, we are past the teenage years!), and we have always used Custom CarCrafters. I have known Richard for years, and he has always been fantastic to work with. His crew is always polite and helpful, and the work is always top notch.

 + -1 moreVery friendly and courteous. Delivered as promised, corrected any areas identified during a post repair inspection and stood by their warranty work. They will keep you informed if they cannot meet the schedules.
Description of Work: I have used Custom Car Crafters 7 times over the years and have always been happy with the results. Two of the repairs were for collisions that nearly totaled the vehicles. I am still driving one of the vehicles. They warranty their work for as long as you own the car. I had some serious paint oxidation on a car they fixed 8 years ago. They re-painted the damaged area, no questions asked and at no cost to me. You may find cheaper collision repair in Austin, but it will be a challenge for you to find anyone that does a better job.
