CompuZone

This went very well. The parking is a little tough, but only because its hard to carry a 27 in iMac from a parking garage above. After speaking with them, however, it seemed like they would be more than willing to help with things like that.
It seemed to take a little long for a diagnosis, being an IT person myself, I was a little offput that my original suggestion of a bad hard drive wasn't taken more seriously. They eventually, however, came to the same conclusion I did. They ordered a replacement hard drive, installed, cleaned out my screen and some dust in there and called me when it was ready.
They were very prompt and professional. When I later found out that Apple was refunding for issues such as the one I had, they very simply emailed me my receipt and a breakdown of the work that I could then forward to Apple, it was no hassle at all.
The price was ok, driven more by Apple (for parts, anyways) as they are an authorized repair shop. The labor price was pretty typical, but a good deal with you're a GoLocal member.

I have been to Compuzone before, and they have always been quick and responsive. I was in and out in 10 minutes, and my computer was ready the next day. It only took one day because they had to order a new battery for me and have it shipped overnight. I may never go to the Apple Store again.

The two partners who run the store stay on top of the latest technology and we trust them to recommend equipment we might need, but they do not pressure us in any way. If we are having problems with any of our computers, printers, etc. Compuzone has been able to either fix it themselves, or help us interface with the manufacturers to get them replaced.

We have used Compuzone numerous times to fix our computer systems. We can bring the equipment to the store and have it fixed, or if its more of a network problem, they come to our office and fix the problem on site. This is important because sometimes with computers, you are never sure where the problem is coming from. They always show up on time, are very professional, work quickly and have always solved the problem.
