Complete Medical Management Inc/ CMM

CMM came to my office within 30 minutes of my initial phone call, took my computer and hard drive, and worked for hours to recover data from a corrupted hard drive. They were able to successfully retrieve the photos that several other providers (including Apple itself) told me were unrecoverable and "damaged beyond repair". The pictures they retrieved were from a once in a lifetime trip to see the French Open and were extremely important and valuable to me. After they were done, they drove to my office and returned my computer, hard drive, and recovered photos. I couldn't be happier! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone for data recovery!

I was very happy with the quick response, and the patience and professionalism of the computer technician who had to work with someone like myself, who is not very computer savvy. They did a great job and were a pleasure to work with. After I got my computer back I had a couple of minor issues and Paul the technician had called me to check on its performance. He then fixed the little issues (like missing icons) by working remotely from his office. I liked the fact that we could do this instead of having someone come to my house.
