We purchased an ice machine from Richlund Bentures. Upon delivery, without opening the box it was decided that we did not need the ice machine and it would be returned. We returned the same box, without opening it and they refused to accept it back. They said it was not packaged or delivered correctly. Again, we did not open the box and returned the same box exactly like we received it well within the 30 day refundable warranty. Now we have the expense of not only the ice machine but also the return shipping.
