We thought we had a major problem with a busted sewer line- we had another company come out and they got scared of the job and didn't even let us know until a day later that they were not interested in doing it. But Mark took a look and discovered is was very minor and simply took care of it! He came out within an hour of calling them, and were at my house before we were.

The plumber came out on time, very helpful, explained everything clearly. Will use them again. NO problems at all.

They had to rip up my floor to get to the pipe for the repairs they Did one heck of a job! I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Excellent. Technician was able to assess the need to repair what the house inspector wrote up as improper installation of discharge line. Turns out the line in question was a drain line from French drain in front yard. No need to repair. Other installations were well done. Technician on time and friendly.

These guys were great, they talked my husband through a less expensive option (where we bought a cap at Home Depot) and tried to prevent the leaking on the hot water heater ourselves). It didn't resolve the problem, and the leak was still persistent, so we called them back to ask them to come out to replace the valve (we could have done it ourselves, but you can't order the parts unless you are a plumber!). They called to confirm, arrived on time, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. There was a random $20 charge on the bill that wasn't explained or quoted before hand and when I called the office they waived the mysterious charge without question. Overall, since we had to hire someone to do the job, I was pleased with their communication and responsiveness. Very professional.

All of the work has been done in a very professional manner. Each of the several different plumbers, who has been out to the house has arrived when expected, worked cleanly and quickly and performed all requested tasks. The office staff is polite and efficient, calling to advise when to expect the plumber or notify of any delays. Prior to finding CK, we had a lot of trouble getting any plumber to come to Dripping Springs. CK never complained about the distance. Their prices have been very fair, including one occasion when they waived a service charge because of their error. Highly recommended!

Very polite, informative, on time, good communication from main office. The price seems reasonable, especially given the amount of time spent trying to determine the problem. They worked with us about advising us on what part of the job we could tackle on our own to save money.

Work was scheduled promptly and efficiently. They called me 30 minutes before the plumber was to arrive and promptly called back to tell me he was detained at another job. He arrived as promised and the repair was completed relatively quickly due to the need to find parts for my old faucets. The work area was left cleaner than it was before.

The person who took the call was pleasant and helpful. I had to reschedule, and she was still pleasant and helpful! The plumbing technician arrived on time, was courteous and sociable, completed the work in a timely manner, cleaned up, and charged a reasonable amount. He also took time to look in the garage and see if I had a loop for a water softener! I will definitely use Clarke Kent Plumbing again.

We received two bids. They had the best bid and my husband felt more comfortable with them as well. He turned up on time and competently completed the work. We're very satisfied and plan to use them again.

This was an out of the blue instant that we didn t see coming and they were wonderful in getting the problem squared away. Timing was everything and they couldn t have been better. They assured us that the problem was taken care of and we totally believed they got it right. They were very polite to us and we really liked the professionalism of them.

I was happy with them because they came right out when I needed them. They got the job done in about an hour, so there was very little inconvenience for me. They were in and out and I appreciated their efficiency. They were reliable when I needed them, so I was happy to mention them.

It was very expensive for the new plumbing, but we wanted the highest quality of materials available. We were very satisfied with the work. We haven't had any problems with the installation. They were very detail oriented with their work and their job was excellent.

They responded to our call very quickly and were able to get our commode in a timely manner as well. I thought that they provided us with good service. We were comfortable having them in our house as we have used them in the past, and they did a good job then too. We haven't had any problems with the work they did at all.
