Mario's team amazingly completed 95% of the major work in approx 4 very short weeks. We wanted to get everything done as much as possible before we moved in. The team was flexible to our evolving changes ... as is apt to happen on these types of projects. The team really did go above and beyond in getting the home ready to receive our furniture. After we had moved in we slowed the pace for our convenience. Mario was very flexible in wrapping things up for us. Chapa Construction do great work for very competitive pricing. I'm in Real Estate and have used Mario's services for many clients - his flooring services are extremely popular.
