I tried to schedule a viewing of a house with Barbara Guadiana. I very clearly stated I what I wanted, when I wanted to see the house, that I did not need a realtor, and to e-mail me confirmation. This flake did not respond the first time I e-mailed her, I allowed 3 days; and then when she does respond the second time I e-mail her she calls me, I specifically told her to e-mail me in both of my e-mails. In her voice mail she asks me what I am looking for and how she can help me; WHAT? I tell the person exactly which house I want to look at, the day I want to look at it, the time I want to look at it, state I have no interest in a realtor relationship, and to e-mail me confirmation and the person calls asking all the things to start a realtor relationship and completely ignores what I specifically inquired about. It is very obvious this realtor is hopelessly disorganized and has no real interest in helping her currently listings actually sell their homes. Do not waste your time if you see a listing with this agent or Keller Williams, the office she works for, whom I also e-mailed with no response.
