Campbell Appliance Heating & Air Inc

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. After 4 MONTHS with out a refrigerator and living out of a small refrigerator and ice chests in the garage, I called to check on the status and I was told they were "too busy" and I would "have to wait" on the repair. They assume that their time is more important than customer service and they refuse to give me back my money. I am appalled at the lack of empathy and professionalism! The manager hides under the desk and refuses to talk to me. They are combative when questioned, for example, I was actually asked, "well do you fix appliances?" So $600 later, they are bringing my broken refrigerator back to my house with no reimbursement. Small claims court, here we go. What a joke!

I scheduled an appointment with them for dishwasher repair and was told I was going to have to wait a week for a technician. I told them that was fine. I got a call today that the technician would be here today between 1 and 3. I then got a call at 10am telling me that the technicians truck had broken down and they would have to reschedule me. I asked if somebody else could come out today because I had taken the day off work and was told no. They then asked about the next day and I told them I couldn't because I would be working (because I was not working today). She then proceeded to tell me that the next available time would be the following Thursday. I'm sorry, but I have already waited a week and this was their issue not mine. I should have been placed at the front of the line for a rescheduled appointment, not asked to wait another week. Terrible customer service. I will never use them again. I have already found another appliance repair company that can come out Saturday (I asked Campbell about that and they said no, that wasn't possible). Not at all impressed with them.

THEN CAMPBELLS WON'T GIVE ME ANY OF MY MONEY BACK, INCLUDING THE MONEY THAT I HAD PAID FOR THE PART.  
THEY ARE TERRIBLE.
