A typical visit includes Buddy going up into the attic and checking my two units, cleaning out the system with clorox, checking for any clogging or overflow. THen he checks the outdoor units taking off the sides and cleaning out something inside, I don't know what to call it. The one time he had to make a repair he had the necessary parts in his truck and replaced them on the spot. Another time he came back with a part right away.
