Roofing
We needed to replace our roof so we interviewed 5 roofers. Out of those Steven and Brad from Bird Creek stood out from all the rest for their attention to detail in answering the questions we had asked, visiting multiple times to address specific areas of concern. We had already decided to use them based on the trust built, when a raccoon or windstorm put a hole in our roof in the meanwhile. Steven and Chelsea to the rescue!! The put a temp fix up to hold us until the work could be done. Our roof was a mess and included flat surfaces that were the source of most of our headaches. We are really happy with the work and while almost all of our bids came in so close to the same number it has been the customer service and genuine concern/care that set them apart from the competitors. Trust is everything! A big thank you to Brad and Chelsea but especially Steven!!!
