Since the project is complete, we've noticed a few items that needed to be fixed. I sent BAH a list and they had someone out a few days later to fix everything. I've dealt with other contractors on past projects and was always impressed by the level of professionalism with BAH. They issues a line item estimate where everything was explicitly spelled out. When it came to settling up receipts at the end of the project, I checked everything, item for item, and was impressed by their level of integrity, they only charged me for the things that were legitimately not covered in the contract.
I am using them again for a guest bath remodel and have recommended them to several other friends doing renovation projects.

"This is wholly inaccurate. The coupon this customer purchased does not include the replacement of posts but only the adjustment for up to two gates. We have no problem discounting our services to earn new customers and build trust but we can't give our services away for free. This customer wanted a discount on top of a discount and we couldn't accommodate her. We recommend Craig's List or a day labor company if you're looking for the cheapest deal in town."

Will not be using his company again. He did not have the proper tools.
He was hired for 4 hours maybe work for 2 hours.
"There seems to be a disconnect here. We repaired a set of french doors and did some wood rot repair on the exterior of the home. We did all of this in the time allotted by the coupon purchased and repaired the french doors at no extra cost to the homeowner. Coupons are sometimes a double edged sword for us but a great way to meet people we can enjoy working with."
"Unfortunately we were unable to install the shelf above the desk because it was too large for one person to install. The homeowner opted not to spend the money for another handyman, and there was no one at the home willing or able to help. The gap in the cabinet was a result of modifying a cabinet that we recommended not be modified due to structural integrity. We stand behind our work and in this case we have fulfilled that obligation"
