Overall, as a net result of the spraying the number of bugs found inside the house has increased, including cockroaches. Thus, we are not impressed with the service which has not resulted in lower bug presence in the home. We were hoping that getting a professional service will achieve this goal since we have 2 young girls (ages 4 & 6 years) who play all over the home.

I hired a handyman service which I found through Angie's List. They discovered termites while doing the new job, so I used the List to find a company to deal with the termite problem. The company did a great job and I rate them with a solid A as described above.

The service was fine overall. They were very responsive and came out quickly. They completed the treatment, and had some good suggestions on trying to the mosquitos before they hatch again. We’ll probably schedule them for that work next week!

The service was fine overall. I’ve seen a few bugs since they’ve come out, but that’s probably to be expected.  I would’ve liked for the technician to explain more about what he was doing and where he was spraying, but overall the service was fine.

We called Bella Bug Busters for help with a wasp infestation.  We spoke directly to the owner, Scott.  He quoted us a reasonable price to come out and spray the nests and remove them.  I also mentioned that I was concerned that I might have come in contact with beg bugs during a recent overseas trip.  He explained the life cycle of bed bugs and how difficult they are to eradicate once they do get in your house.  I travel overseas regularly as part of my work, so this is a serious concern for me.  He then offered to spray our suitcases and suitcase storage area for FREE!  I was really impressed by this generous offer.    His technician did not make the first agreed upon appointment.  Scott called me first thing the next day to apologize and sent over another technician right away.  His technician was professional and polite.  He finished up the job efficiently, answered our questions and provided a receipt.    I would use Bella Bug Busters again.

I bought the house and I wasn’t here when BellaBugBusters were here.  There aren’t any bugs anywhere so it seems like they did a really good job.  They were very courteous, very thorough, and easy to get in contact with.  They were on time for the scheduled appointment.  I was pleased with everything.  I used an Angie’s List special; it was $95 for the house and yard.

When I initially contacted them it was a really nice experience. He answered all my questions and explained when and what they would do. the guys were actually on time and were very courteous and respectful. I was very surprised that they did not try to charge me more for living in kyle when they are in leander. I really appreciated the customer service and would definitely use them again. And hey, no more ants 3 months later. Thanks guys. I rarely ever write reviews but you deserve it.

Their service was very good.  They did a great job and I would definitely have them back again.  They responded on a Sunday as a last minute request since we had to reschedule.  They responded within 15 minutes.  They did show up a little late, but they did apologize for it.

excellent job , I waited a couple of days to write a review to see if the Ants in my yard would go away and they did just as they stated within 72hrs all gone. Best thing besides the price was the fact they told me no contract..WOW I will use them now every 90 dys. FYI there service is either the property line and foundation OR the entire yard...I picked the entire yard and next time just the property line and foundation................Vary satisfied
