Our Research Laboratories advises us about the latest technological advances in arboriculture and assists our arborists with training updates. The laboratory networks with professionals at universities, government agencies, and allied industry groups. This enables us to provide state-of-the art procedures and techniques to our clients. "We apologize for your bad experience with our company. I do agree that there were some communication problems with your job. I appreciate your feedback and we have implemented a new crew/arborist communication policy to help prevent this from happening again. I do take exception to the comment that we “top” trees. At no time during our visit was the notion of topping trees discussed. Bartlett is a professional company that adheres to all ANSI A300 pruning standards, and “topping” is not accepted practice. Vista pruning and proper reduction cuts are always followed according to the standards."
